Sanitary Registry in Panama
According to Panamanian legislation, any product likely to affect human health, except for the exceptions recognized by our legislation, must have a Sanitary Registry issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Panama or the Panamanian Food Safety Authority.
Said Sanitary Registry consists of the authorization issued by the Ministry of Health for the importation and / or commercialization of a product.
In this sense, products such as food, beverages, medicines, cosmetics, cleaning products, disinfectants and others of a similar nature must, for their manufacture, import or free trade in the territory of the Republic of Panama, have the respective registry.
